OCA Island Vending & Supplies Ltd is a growing FMCG distribution company looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative / Merchandiser to join our team and serve yhe Manchester and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with supermarkets, wholesalers, convenience stores, and other retail customers.
Visit customers on an assigned route to promote and sell company products.
Merchandise shelves to ensure products are attractively displayed and adequately stocked.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment orders.
Secure new customers and expand sales within the assigned territory.
Implement promotions and point-of-sale materials.
Collect market intelligence, including competitor pricing and promotional activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
Prepare accurate sales reports and submit required documentation on time.
Requirements
Previous experience in FMCG sales and merchandising is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Organized with good time management skills.
Proficient in using smartphones and basic business applications.
Valid Jamaican Driver’s Licence.
Reliable motor vehicle
